As a tribute to the village of “la Tour d’Aigues”, this wine shows elegant body and remarkable fruitiness. It’s accompagnied by spicy and scented wood aromas.

Blend :

  • 60% Merlot
  • 40% Cabernet Sauvignon

Average vine age :

16 years old

Winemaking process :

3 weeks maceration.

Harmonious blend of 2016 and 2017.

Ageing :

12 to 24 months in 2 years old french oak barrels.

Tasting notes :

The nose is dominated by black fruits, brandy and light spices. On the palate, the wine shows some pleasant roundness and polished tannins.

Food and wine pairing :

Low temperature cooked lamb shoulder flavoured with mild spices.

Keeping potentiel :

3 to 5 years
